FACTORY INFORMATION:

Our Stainless Steel Service Center was established in 2010, on a 52.000 m² area in Adana Industrial Zone. Our fully functioning service center is equipped with cut to length, slitting and grinding lines. The facility allows us to customize all the flat materials, that are physically available in the world. In our service center, we offer tailored solutions according to our customers’ requests. Exact width, length and surface specifications are met, in order to maximize the functionality and minimize the wastage.

Offers; 4 Cut to Length Lines, 4 Slitting Lines, 1 Grinding Line and 1 CNC Plasma cutting process.

Cut to Length Lines;

Our cut to length machines are capable of levelling and cutting stainless steel coils into sheets, according to the exact requirement of our customers between;

0,30 - 1 mm thicknesses,

0,30 - 6 mm thicknesses,

6 - 12 mm thicknesses,

4 - 16 mm thicknesses,

Thereby, we can produce sheets in the exact requirement of our customers, for all commercially available sizes, in net dimensions, without waste.

In all the lines of the stainless steel service center, PVC coating or paper interleaving module is standard. Due to requirement, all materials can be supplied PVC coated or paper interleaved.

Slitting Lines;

Our slitting machines are capable of slitting stainless steel coils into narrow coils or strips, according to the exact requirement of our customers between;

0,30 - 1 mm thicknesses,

0,30 - 3 mm thicknesses,

3 - 6 mm thicknesses,

0,30 - 0,80 mm thicknesses,

Thereby, we can produce narrow coils or strips in the exact requirement of our customers, for all commercially available sizes, in net dimensions, without waste.

In all the lines of the stainless steel service center, PVC coating or paper interleaving module is standard. Due to requirement, all materials can be supplied PVC coated or paper interleaved.

Grinding Line;

Our grinding machine is capable of producing stainless steel sheets with No2 - No3 - No4 - Duplo - Scotch Brite surfaces, made from 2B or BA (matte or bright annealed) sheets, between 0,60 - 10 mm thicknesses and maximum 2000x6000 mm dimensions. 

Thereby, we can produce grinded sheets, in the exact requirement of our customers, for all commercially available sizes, in net dimensions, without waste.
